Why I Chose My Success For A Career Entrepreneur - 1299 Words

When I chose my college major, I knew I had an interest in information technology and the business world. Most college students want to be their own boss one day and are very familiar with the term entrepreneur. When I signed up for the Entrepreneurship 200 course, I did not know what to expect. As a young adult, advice is something everyone wants to give you and is usually accompanied by the phrase, â€Å"If I only knew then what I know now†. Knowing what to do or what not to do in the business world can help young entrepreneurs make good decisions. As a starting entrepreneur, advice from successful entrepreneurs is priceless. The weekly guest speakers made this course come to life. The life stories are invaluable lessons, and I have appreciated the opportunity to hear each and every speaker. Several lessons were learned from this course, but I would like to reflect on seven key entrepreneurial lessons I believe will make the starting entrepreneur successful. Passion is the key to success for a starting entrepreneur. Everyone has a love or passion for something they do for a hobby or for sport. Starting a business requires that passion.
